CANCELLATIONS:
You are very important to us at Lucid Hair Studio and this appointment time is reserved especially for you. However, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
For the sake of our staff and other clients, we request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments made within a 24-hour period that need to be cancelled will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeps our team members’ schedules filled. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies and criteria!
